Collections Representative (Remote)Overview
We're seeking a Collections Representative for a 60-day contract assignment to help reduce outstanding accounts receivable balances through customer outreach, account investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage a portfolio of approximately $10M in accounts receivable using aging reports to prioritize collection efforts.
+ Contact customers regarding unpaid or overdue invoices and confirm payment status and timelines.
+ Collect payments, document account activity, and escalate issues when necessary.
+ Maintain accurate records and manage tickets within Salesforce or a similar CRM.
+ Research and investigate invoice discrepancies, missing information, and reconciliation issues.
+ Partner with project managers and finance teams to resolve outstanding accounts.
+ Research updated customer contact information when needed.
