Reporting to the Collections Manager, you’ll manage a ledger of accounts and play a key role in maintaining accounts through proactive collections and query resolution, whilst also gaining exposure to billing and invoicing.

Engage with clients to arrange payment plans and resolve outstanding balances. Apply your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service while achieving collection goals.
