Job Summary

The Collections Assistant is responsible for precise evaluation of unsecured salary loan past due portfolio through accurate and timely review of accounts, ensuring that the total delinquency rate of assigned bucket/cycle is maintained at a minimum and acceptable level in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in consolidating credit folders of past due salary loan accounts, visiting borrowers who cannot be contacted by phone, performing collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients to make past due accounts current and to avoid possible transfer of such accounts to a higher del...
