FieldBridge is looking for a B2B Collections Specialist in Charlotte, NC to work with a company leader in developing innovative water solutions through smart technology. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay is $28.00–$30.00/hour (DOE) | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET | Weekly pay every Friday | Hybrid schedule 3 days on-site per week.
Position Overview
This role leads proactive collections efforts for key customer accounts within a Shared Services environment, with a strong focus on process improvement and DSO reduction. The specialist will serve as both a strategic contributor and a mentor to a third-party collections team, guiding escalated issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
