Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments
Negotiate repayment plans
Maintain accurate call records and notes
Meet daily and monthly collection targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Escalate difficult cases when necessary
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English required)
Basic computer skills (Excel / CRM)
Ability to work under pressure
Strong discipline and attendance
