We are seeking a dedicated Collections Officer to manage outstanding debts, work closely with clients, and support the company’s financial performance. This role involves reviewing the debtor list, communicating with customers regarding overdue bills, and securing payments while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Review the company debtor list.
• Contact customers and inform them of overdue bills.
• Advise customers on payment options and suggest methods of payment.
• Maintain customer payment records.
• Write notices to customers when payments are not being made.
• Respond to customer queries.
