Job Description
Follow up with students and parents for pending fee payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Ensure timely collection of outstanding fees while maintaining a professional and courteous approach. Maintain accurate records of payment status, follow-ups, and recovery reports in the CRM/ERP system. Coordinate with the Admissions, Finance, and Student Support teams to resolve payment-related issues. Negotiate payment plans, resolve queries, and achieve monthly collection and recovery targets in accordance with company policies.
