CHALLENGE
Reporting to the Collection Centre Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the caisse's collection activities for individual credit (consumer and mortgage). The person will be responsible for providing turnaround advice aimed at restoring the financial situation of individuals and for proposing action plans for the realization of guarantees. The collection advisor works closely with the collection agents.
REQUIREMENTS
The person we are looking for has a degree in administration or a related field, and one (1) year's experience in collections. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as fluency in both official languages, are essential. Certification in personal and mortgage credit would b...
