Job Description
DutiesDuties for the position may vary and include: administrative and clerical duties, office hours and email contact with students, marking exams (includes short answer), supervising student projects, and composing test questions, attending the last hour of every class (see online timetable). Minimum Qualifications Includes: ability, academic qualifications, suitability for the position and appropriate background in the subject/specialty, specifically strong background in cognitive psychology and methods used by cognitive psychologists for testing and scoring. Applicants should have hands-on experience collecting, preparing, and analyzing data, using E-Prime, Excel, and SPSS. Must have strong stats background and experience programming psychology experiments (e.g. using the Psych Toolbox in MatLab or python in PsychoPy).
