The Role
We’re looking for an experienced full time Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the team on shift, set the tone for great service, and support the Manager in hitting sales and service standards. You’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and responsible for keeping the shop running smoothly day to day.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of Coffee Shop Assistants
Open and close the shop as a keyholder
Deliver excellent customer service and step in during busy periods
