Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL development on AS400 / IBM i platform
- Experience working with EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) environments
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and release management processes
- Hands-on experience with ALDON for application lifecycle management and software deployment
- Good understanding of SQL and DB2 databases, including query writing and performance optimization
- Experience in application support, maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities
- Familiarity with JIRA for incident, change, and project tracking
- Exposure to banking, payments, or financial services applications is highly preferred
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
