Job Title: Coating Inspector

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs , Fri , Sat , Sun
Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 5,000/month
Employment Type: 12 Months Contract / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Witness prequalification of painting system, Painter Blaster and adhesion testing subjected for project approval before commencement of painting activity.
• Check and inspect incoming painting/coating materials (e.g. paints, thinners, abrasives etc) conditions, data sheet and batch certificates in accordance with project.
• Inspect correct type of blasting equipment and tools to be used to meet the paint quality according to the paint specification.
• Inspect pre-cleaning or solvent cleaning of surface.
• Inspect metal surface imperfection/defects.
