Position: Permanent Full-Time, Brooklyn
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

What you’ll be doing

• Support customers in person, over the phone and via email
• Prepare hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
• Allocate equipment and liaise with the workshop
• Coordinate deliveries, transfers, pick‑ups, repairs and breakdowns
• Occasionally assist in the yard with loading equipment
• Liaise with suppliers to support customer needs
