Coater Helper - 1st Shift / 2nd Shift Rotating Schedule

Schedule: This position works a rotating shift schedule, alternating every two weeks between 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

 

The Coater Helper is responsible for preparing the assigned manufacturing line for startup and providing general assistance for all operations within the Coating Department, including direct support for the Coater Operator and the Coater Assistant. This role performs a variety of activities involved in the coating and lamination of papers, films and other materials according to established procedures, and may rotate between silicone and adhesive stations. Due to variations within machine operations, job functions and tasks will fluctuate and vary depending upon the assigned production line.
