Co-op Program Advisors support undergraduate engineering students before, during, and after their paid, supervised co‑op work terms. Working both independently and collaboratively, Co‑op Program Advisors serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and addressing concerns as they arise. Advisors also partner closely with an Employer Relationship Manager to support recruitment and placement activities.
