As Co-Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and elevate service standards. You’ll coach and develop staff, ensure efficient operations, and foster an engaging environment for both customers and team members. Your responsibilities include handling customer relations and overseeing recruitment to fulfill store staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead efforts in delivering outstanding customer service
• Educate team on effective selling strategies
• Handle customer issues with proficiency
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new associates
• Ensure adherence to inventory and merchandising standards
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ management or supervisory experience in retail
• Proven skills in customer service and sales optimization
