Job Description
Berick is opening one co‑founder seat for an institutional operator who can help build the execution layer behind a new category of real‑world asset ownership.
We are looking for someone who can operate across capital, legal structure, regulatory complexity, investor trust, asset execution, and founder tempo. The platform is live, the raise is in motion, and the process is selective by design.
Role Requirements
- Can sit with serious capital and be taken seriously
- Understands that tokenized assets live inside legal architecture, not outside it
- Structures risk instead of freezing inside it
- Brings founder tempo, not corporate hesitation
