Job Description

Location: Leamington Spa (On-site) Length: 6 month contract (inside IR35) Salary:

  • Contract: £24.56 per hour (inclusive of 30% weekend shift premium)
Syntech Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Turning Technician on behalf of a high-precision engineering organisation based in Leamington Spa. This role will support small-batch CNC turning of high-specification transmission components used within demanding engineering environments including motorsport and aerospace. This is a weekend shift position, operating Friday to Sunday with 12-hour shifts, commencing March 2026. C NC Turner Responsibilities
