The CNC Technician is responsible for performing machine adjustments, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and supporting production flow. This role requires a strong technical ability, precision measurement skills, and the capability to troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform machine adjustments related to settings, tools, and times.
+ Ensure dimensional conformance of parts by reading blueprints and analyzing part measurements.
+ Support production flow and lead operators within the assigned machining area.
+ Troubleshoot a variety of issues including machine errors, tooling errors, and out-of-tolerance programming errors.
+ Perform re-works on and off the machine and ensure correct documentation of quantities and operations.
