Role & Responsibilities of the Cnc Setter Operator Programmer (Grinder):
* CNC Setter/Operator (Grinder) to produce machine parts by setting & operating a CNC machine
* Maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Plans machining by studying works orders.
* Sets up and run’s grinders by installing and adjusting fixed and rolling centres, tools, attachments, steadies and grinding wheels.
* Verifies setting by measuring positions, first run part and sample work pieces, adhering to our client’s standards.
* Maintains specifications by observing grinding operation, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, trouble shooting processes, adjusting programs where necessary, replacing worn to...
