This role calls for a seasoned CNC Programmer with at least five years of experience in machining and machine tools. Your efforts will involve creating and maintaining essential CNC programs, setups, and routine measurements to ensure part quality. You will also collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to optimize processes and lead initiatives for excellence in cost, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain CNC Programs and log files
• Implement Laser Tool Measuring on equipped machines
• Develop Setup Sheets, Tool Lists, and Tool Life Tracking
• Create probing routines for part datum and measurements
