The role of CNC Programmer Setter Operator:

• Program and set VMC machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output
• Hands‑on operation of VMC and lathe machines on the shop floor when not setting
• Additional exposure to lathe work where required

The ideal CNC Programmer Setter Operator:

• Proven experience programming and setting VMC machines
• Experience with lathe machines (preferred, not essential)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
