Develop CNC Programs Set up CNC machines. Develop CNC machining process for new projects. Maintain effectiveness and efficiency. Apply the best strategy and techniques to obtain the most efficient and capable process. Selecting appropriate cutting tools and work-holding tools for new projects Provide training for machine operators for each new set up/process. Update and modify outdated programs, implement the latest cutting techniques, and understanding of lean manufacturing. Troubleshoot minor machine errors, program errors. Maintain quality and safety control standards. Successfully pass First piece inspection and deliver capable process to production team.
