CNC Programmer / Machinist
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC machines. This dual role requires expertise in both programming (CAD/CAM) and hands-on machining to produce precision parts to tight tolerances. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who can take parts from print to production with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Program CNC mills and/or lathes using Mastercam, Fusion 360, or other CAM software. • Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and load materials. • Operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications. • In-process inspection of finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM). • Adjust offsets and tooling as necessary to maintain tight tolerances. • Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and CAD files. • Troubleshoot machining or programm...
