Job Description
Requirements, Role and Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
- Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.
- Hands on experience in Mastercam
- Having similar experience in Precision parts programming
- Well versed in CADCAM, preferrence in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming
- Has experience in using DelCam
- Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background
- Generate NC Programme and load the programme to designated machine
- Create geometry and check machining simulation
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process
- Cleaning and maintaining the machine
