Job Description
PrideStaff is seeking a high-level CNC Programmer for a manufacturing company in Bend, Oregon. This role focuses on Mastercam programming for 3 and 4-axis mills, lathes, and multi-tasking mill/turn equipment. You will be responsible for developing processes for tight-tolerance, complex aerospace components in a fast-paced, AS9100-certified environment.
Core ResponsibilitiesCreate and verify 3 and 4-axis programs using Mastercam; prove out and optimize programs alongside Machinists.
Design custom work-holding fixtures and tooling using SolidWorks.
Generate setup sheets, review Bills of Materials (BOM), and manage shop floor travelers.
Ensure all NC programs are accurate and safe; provide input on continuous process improvements.
Coordinate with Management, Quality, and Production Control to resolve technical issues and meet AS9100 standards.
