**Job Title: Mill Machinist / CNC Programmer**
**Job Description**
This role combines hands-on CNC mill setup and operation with CNC programming responsibilities in a climate-controlled hydraulic manifold manufacturing environment. You will program and set up CNC milling machines, support continuous improvement of machining processes, and ensure high-quality parts are produced on schedule while working closely with programmers, machinists, and leadership.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, maintain, and assist in the operation of CNC milling machines to meet production requirements.
+ Develop project documentation (routings) and machine code using applications such as MasterCam, Vericut, Solidworks, and Microsoft Office tools.
+ Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions to improve processes and quality.
