Job Description
A growing precision manufacturer is seeking a **CNC Programmer** for 1st shift. This role will develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining operations while partnering closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

+ Create and optimize CNC programs for milling machines and related equipment
+ Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
+ Support machine setup, tooling selection, and first-run success
+ Troubleshoot machining or programming issues
+ Use precision measuring tools to validate finished parts
