**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**
**Shift:** **2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 5 PM–3 AM)**
**Pay:** **$22–$26/hour + shift differential**
**Job Overview:**
Work in a climate-controlled machine shop setting up and operating 3–5 axis CNC mills and lathes. You’ll handle custom parts, ensure quality, and troubleshoot machines as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and run CNC machines (mills & lathes)
+ Read blueprints and work orders
+ Adjust programs, tooling, speeds, and offsets
+ Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
+ Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance
+ Load/unload materials and operate forklifts if needed
+ Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines

+ Experience with 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC machines
