Job Description
The Work Shop is recruiting a CNC Setter Operator for a well-established manufacturing client specialising in precision engineering.
Based in Eastleigh Hampshire
The Role:
As a CNC Setter Operator, you will:
ā¢ Set and operate CNC milling and turning machines
ā¢ Use conversational programming (Hurco advantageous)
ā¢ Adjust programmes, set tooling, and prove out jobs
ā¢ Ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards
ā¢ Perform inspections and maintain ISO compliance
Requirements: CNC Setter Operator
ā¢ Experience as a CNC Setter / CNC Operator / CNC Machinist
ā¢ Able to read engineering drawings and set up jobs independently
ā¢ Strong understanding of machining processes
ā¢ High attention to detail
Package:
