**CNC Machinist (Lathe Operator)**

We're looking for an experienced **CNC Machinist** who enjoys taking ownership of the entire machining process—from setup and programming to production and quality inspection. If you're skilled with CNC lathes, G-Code programming, and precision measurement tools, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your expertise is valued.
**What You'll Do**
+ Set up, program, and operate CNC Mazak lathes and mills
+ Read blueprints, process sheets, and technical drawings
+ Edit and optimize G-Code and/or Mazatrol programs
+ Select tooling, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot machining issues
+ Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
+ Perform machine maintenance and ensure quality standards are met
+ Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
