Job Description
SUMMARY:
The CNC operator performs tasks to ensure the ongoing manufacture of compliant parts. This role requires the ability to detect non-conforming parts being made during the manufacturing process. If detected, the CNC Operator will make adjustments to the manufacture or escalate the issue as necessary to maintain established quality and operational standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Inspect ongoing operation of Swiss CNC machines to ensure manufacture of compliant parts.
- Inspect 100% of part characteristics to ensure compliance to specifications.
- Identify and make basic adjustments to tooling and/or machines as needed to produce compliant parts; escalate to CNC Machinist or Setup Technician as necessary to correct non-conforming parts.
