**CNC Operator**
**Shift: 1st**
**Pay: $21–$23/hour**
**Location: Carol Stream, IL**
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines and CNC surface grinders to produce precision metal components that meet customer specifications and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, performing machine setups, making adjustments, and inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including Haas CNC mills
+ Set up and operate CNC surface grinding equipment according to established procedures
