**Job Title: CNC Operator**
**Shift** : 7AM-3:30PM initially, transitioning to an afternoon shift from 3:30PM-2AM Monday to Thursday after a month.
Wage - $22-27/hr.

**Job Description**
The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality metal components that meet project specifications and industry standards. They will handle custom projects for a variety of clients, often including trailers and cabs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
+ Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and secure positioning.
+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
+ Perform routine inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
