Key Responsibilities CNC Machine Operation Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components according to specifications. Load and unload materials and workpieces. Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy. Perform machine setups and tool changes as required. Adjust machine offsets and parameters within approved limits. Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved. Quality Control Inspect completed components using precision measuring instruments. Verify dimensions against engineering drawings and specifications. Identify defects and report non-conformances. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Complete inspection records and production documentation. Production Support Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. Select appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
