+ Operate CNC mills (primarily Haas, plus Okuma) for production work
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
+ Set up machines (tool changes, fixtures, workholding)
+ Monitor runs to ensure consistent part quality
+ Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
+ Perform in-process and final inspections
+ Troubleshoot issues (dimensions, finish, tooling) and make adjustments
+ Assist with basic program edits or support using Mastercam (as needed)
