**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist**
**Job Description**
Join our family-owned machining shop located in Warren, MI, as a CNC Mill Machinist. Work in a cleaner environment with modern machinery, predominantly Mazak Mills & Lathes, along with a new CNC Mill Methods machine. This role involves creating diverse tooling for cold header/fastener machines, construction, and the aerospace division, producing up to 60 million parts annually.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and manage the CNC Mill Methods machine from start to finish.
+ Perform setups, tool changes, offsets, and run the machine.
+ Edit programs using Mastercam and make necessary changes on the Fanuc controller.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Utilize measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
+ Ensure adherence to tight tolerances using primarily steel materials.
+ Utilize experience from a prototype or similar job shop environment.
