Job Description
Franklin Electric is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Linares, Nuevo León to ensure operational continuity of production equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly with CNC machinery.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical failures, interpreting electrical diagrams, and performing machine adjustments. A technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is essential.
