Role Overview – CNC Machinist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join a well-established precision engineering business in High Wycombe. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer with a strong background in the manufacture of compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs and wireforms.

 

The successful candidate will have proven experience setting, operating and optimising CNC spring-making machinery, taking responsibility for machine setup, tooling, production quality and process improvements. You will play a key role in ensuring customer specifications are met while maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy and workmanship throughout the manufacturing process.
