This role focuses on improving how machining is done across the company—not owning individual machining jobs from start to finish. We look for someone who can analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the processes used to create machining plans, tooling strategies, and production methods for others. If you enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges and driving continuous improvement, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Identify inefficiencies in machining processes and develop practical, scalable solutions
- Design and execute machining experiments to evaluate tooling, strategies, programming approaches, and process improvements
