Porcupine Machining is a CNC machining and manufacturing shop serving the mining, fabrication, and industrial sectors in Northern Ontario. We're looking for a reliable CNC Operator to run and tend our machines and help keep production moving.

This is a position with room to grow. We're a small team, and the right person will have the chance to take on more responsibility, build new skills, and advance as they prove themselves.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes) to spec
• Load programs, tools, and material; make offset adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to hold tolerances
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Keep your workspace and machines clean and maintained
