**Job Title: CNC Lead/Supervisor**
**Job Description**
The CNC Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machinery. Additionally, this role involves documentation and training of newer machinists while ensuring that production schedules are met. Proficiency in programming using MasterCAM, CAD, and other tools is required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate, set up, and program CNC machinery.
+ Create and maintain training documentation for newer machinists.
+ Provide supervision and guidance to the team.
+ Ensure production is on schedule.
+ Interpret blueprints and troubleshoot as necessary.
