**Job Description**
The CNC Brake Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components used in custom refrigeration and cooling systems. This role ensures parts are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards, supporting production processes efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machines.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications.
+ Select correct tooling, dies, and gauges for each job.
+ Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections using measuring tools.
+ Adjust machine settings to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality.
+ Handle raw materials and finished parts safely.
+ Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean.
+ Collaborate with supervisors, welders, and fabricators to meet production deadlines.
