Job Overview
Pacific International is retained by an industrial electrification business with presence across the US and a growing footprint in Europe. The business is looking to bring aboard a hands‑on Applications Engineering Manager to oversee and drive commercial growth across Spain and Europe. Based in Madrid, the right candidate will have a strong track record in the engineering, energy, power or industrial sector with a broad range of experience to take the business to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior technical point of contact.
- Coordinate directly with external project partners.
- Support execution and installation of early European systems.
- Provide build‑out training plans for ESCO partners.
- Perform hands‑on field work with industrial process equipment and interact directly with customers.
