CNA
Purpose
To improve the quality of the educational program offered to exceptional children with medical needs, while also providing support to other students with special needs.
Hours
To be determined by supervising teacher with a maximum of 35 hours per week.
Job Requirements
- A. Evidence of good mental and physical health.
- B. Correct articulation and language use.
- C. Must assist with diapering and toileting.
- D. Assist with feeding, feeding tubes, and personal care according to supervisor.
- E. Able to work in crowded, noisy environments.
- F. Must implement directions from the professional.
- G. Lifting is required.
- H. Able to accept supervision from the supervising teacher.
- I. Deescelate challenging behaviors.
Qualifications
- A. Must be a high school graduate or have GED, CNA certification.
