Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) Process Engineer to develop, optimize, qualify, and sustain CMP manufacturing processes within an advanced semiconductor wafer fabrication facility. The role is responsible for achieving excellent wafer planarity, defect reduction, process uniformity, and high manufacturing yield across multiple semiconductor technology platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, Thin Film, Lithography, Etch, Yield Engineering, Metrology, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to optimize CMP processes supporting technology development, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
