Job Description
Manufacturing line support
- Conduct real-time problem analysis on defects, equipment alarms, and statistical process control (SPC) violations. Determine solutions by liaising with all involved parties.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions. Update process specifications and operating procedure documents.
- Collaborate with technology development and device engineers to develop or transfer new processes.
- Evaluate new processes, consumables, slurry, or chemicals, and perform process characterization.
- Understand and improve process margin and robustness.
- Analyze and identify specific equipment failure modes with equipment engineers.
- Perform equipment qualification after each maintenance intervention.
