ESO JPAC Category Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Understand internal customers' activity and constraints that could be impacted by supplier performance.
• Manage day‑to‑day and clerical activities related to the category.
• Work closely with the Global Category Manager to build and implement the sourcing strategy.
• Integrate New Products and Innovation Team projects into the sourcing strategy.
• Lead supplier negotiations.
• Maintain and track spend for covered categories.
• Build and propose budget/savings targets to support financial objectives; analyze price variances and forecast.
• Provide three‑year visibility and cost improvement programs.
• Promote and support a multi‑sourcing approach based on risk assessment and market analysis.
