- As a People Operations Trainee you will be involved in various aspects of people operations related administration and coordination. You will work with the People Operations Team to deliver HR administrative and operational services to the employees and managers from both hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Cluster HR Manager, supporting with data collection, reporting, and day-to-day HR coordination and communication tasks.
- Organize and actively participate in People & Culture meetings, calls, and work groups, while driving action plans and follow-ups to ensure progress.
