Overview

The Cluster GX Manager at SATS develops and maintains high-quality group training programs across centers in the Oslo East region. The manager is responsible for personnel management, scheduling, and ensuring engaging and varied group training sessions. The role reports to the Regional GX Manager and is based at SATS centers in the Oslo East region, with a flexible start date and potential for increased hours depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality group training programs across Oslo East centers.
• Manage personnel, including scheduling and staffing for group training sessions.
• Ensure the delivery of engaging and varied group training sessions.
• Work closely with center leaders and report to the Regional GX Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in group training.
• Leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
